Military discount 10% — Workshop tickets only. Buy your workshop tickets at the regular price. Scan and e-mail your military I.D. and your booking confirmation number to info@northpoleexperience.com. We will credit back your 10%. Immediate Family Only.
BOOK YOUR OWN NPX "VIP" TROLLEY: Book an entire trolley, of up to 50 seats and receive a 10% discount. Booking requires a minimum of 50 seats booked at regular NPX pricing, and purchase must be on one credit card. Contact an NPX representative to assist at 480-779-9679. NOTE: Be sure to book early, as trolleys and tour times sell out quickly, and entire trolleys are difficult to find the closer we get to season.

REFUND POLICY: Tickets for the North Pole Experience 2013 are 100% refundable until June 30th, 2013.
Tickets are 50% refundable from July 1 to Sept 1, 2013. Tickets for 2013 are NON-REFUNDABLE after September 1, 2013.
NPX will extend one courtesy ticket change on all orders. Additional changes are $5.00 per guest.
